Official routes, fewer headaches
Tickets
The simple rule: buy from the club, check sales windows, avoid dodgy resale links, and sort access needs early.
General tickets
Use Southampton FC’s official tickets and hospitality pages for match tickets, season tickets, membership windows and sales criteria.

Ticket office
For collection, opening hours, app queries and account problems, use the club’s ticket office/help information rather than third-party resellers.

App tickets
Saints use mobile ticketing. Check the official app ticket information before matchday if you are new, changing phone, or bringing family tickets.

Disabled supporters
Access tickets
If you need accessible seating, wheelchair spaces, personal assistant tickets or other matchday support, start early. The club’s Access & Accessibility page is the safest current route, and Saints DSA is the supporter-led route to check for disabled supporter guidance.
Note: Saints DSA web details may change. If the DSA site is unavailable, use the club accessibility route and contact channels.
Before you buy
Three sanity checks
Check the fixture category and sales window
League, cup and derby fixtures can have different priorities and prices.
Use the official account/app
Mobile tickets are easier when the app is installed and tested before matchday.
Avoid unofficial resale
If the price looks silly or the seller looks vague, leave it alone.
